CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Procedure:
 
Prior Reservations are necessary.
 
An official reservation order should be sent to the Hotel, once a verbal confirmation is made. This can be through Fax or E-Mail. The mail or fax should have all details required for confirmation i.e. Name of the guest, check in date, payment & billing instruction.
 
To hold the booking on a confirm basis we require the Credit card details of the guest (photocopy of both sides of the Credit card).
 
Rates mentioned above are subjected to change without any prior notice.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
Submit the duly filled intimation for cancellation of Room Booking by E-Mail to centralized room booking cell.
Our executive will check the applicable cancellation policy against the booking and update the customer about the deduction of Room Tariffs as applicable.
 
Post confirmation by the customer, booking is processed for cancellation in the system.
 
Confirmation on Cancellation of booking in the system will be sent to the customer through the E-Mail.
 
In case of any extra cash / cheque collected against the booking, amount will be refunded through cheque which can be collected from your nearest branch or will be couriered to the address mentioned in the membership certificate.
 
INDIVIDUAL BOOKING
 
  • If the reservation is cancelled/amended before 7 days of the date of arrival, there will be no retention.
  • Within 03 – 07 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention.
  • Within 24 – 48 hours of the date of arrival, 75% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention.
  • If cancelled on the day of arrival entire amount for stay will be charged as retention.
  
GROUP BOOKING / RESIDENTIAL WEDDING
 
  • If the reservation is cancelled/amended before 30 days of the date of arrival, there will be no retention.
  • Within 15 – 30 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention.
  • Within 07 – 15 days of the date of arrival, 75% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention.
  • Less than 7 days of the date of arrival, entire amount for stay will be charged as retention.
